A large aged care and retirement community in the heart of Parnell, Auckland, encompassing stages 1, 2, and 3, centered around the historic Pearson House. Collaborating closely with the developer, we have crafted a comprehensive precinct that futureproofs the buildings while accommodating the various stages of development. Stage 1 features four stories of premium apartments, including facilities for The Blind Institute of NZ. Stage 2 consists of six stories of upscale apartments, while Stage 3 will introduce a 12-story building dedicated to aged care and independent living. This project is setting a new standard for high-end retirement living.
